
Any bookings for Road Runner Tours, Palmer's Leisure Tours or Camp Easy Tours are only accepted on these terms and conditions and should be read carefully.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MOTEL AND SAFARI COACH TOURS
ROAD RUNNER TOURS WYONG PTY LIMITED, herein after known as the operator, sets down the following terms, conditions and requirements:
- The operator reserves the right to cancel, or vary the terms and conditions, or itinerary in any way considered desirable or necessary.
- DEPOSIT: A$100.00 per person must be paid on booking with the balance of the fare being paid in full not later than 42 days prior to departure date. It is the sole responsibility of the passengers to forward monies by due date. If monies not received by due date the operator reserves the right to accept anyone on a waiting list to fill said seat.
- Itineraries and fares are subject to alteration without notice depending on locality conditions, weather, accommodation or breakdowns.
- Tours arranged subject to meeting a minimum number of bookings being confirmed 30 days prior to departure date.
- Luggage must be clearly identified, and whilst reasonable due care is taken by the operator to ensue the safety of luggage, the operator cannot accept liability for loss or damage incurred outside of the operators jurisdiction.
- All accommodation is based on twin share basis. Passengers requiring single accommodation are responsible for the full single supplement.The operator must be notified at the time of booking the tour.
- To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front seats, passengers are required to rotate seats during the tour. The seating system will be explained by the Coach Driver prior to departure.
- Passengers terminating continuation of a tour at any stage is fully responsible for arranging their own cost, travel arrangement and luggage to their required destination, and no fare refund shall be entered into by the operator.
- Due to Government regulations and company policy, smoking and drinking of alcohol on board the coach is not permitted. However frequent stops provide adequate opportunities for those who desire to smoke.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel your reservation or terminate your holiday we will charge a cancellation fee.
DAYS OF NOTICE FEE
- 42 or more Days A$20.00
- 11-41 Days 20% of fare (this increases to 35% if airfares are included or boat fare to Tasmania)
- 1-10 Days 100% of fare
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
One medium size suitcase per person plus an overnight bag [airline size] which may be carried inside the coach.
By LAW the total weight is not to exceed 20kg. (You may have to carry it yourself some time during the tour).
TRAVEL INSURANCE
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND passengers take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. This is available through our office.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CANNING STOCK ROUTE (4WD Tagalongs & Safaris)
CAMP EASY TOURS, herein after known as the operator, sets down the following terms, conditions and requirements:
- This itinerary is subject to weather conditions. Wet weather may result in changes at short notice if damage to the tracks are likely to occur.
- If due to any weather conditions, flooding, mechanical breakdowns, road closures or any other operational condition, which causes a tour to be altered or cancelled in part or full, the amount, if any, of any refund is at the discretion of Camp Easy Tours.
- Every endeavor will be made to be on time however the tour operator cannot guarantee exact arrival and departure times.
- An emergency breakdown service will be supplied however the operator will not be responsible for any expense arising to any person or vehicle for any unforeseen circumstance or mechanical breakdown or vehicle recovery costs other than minor recoveries.
- The operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person, at any time, that person not being eligible for any refund, nor is the operator liable for any expenses incurred.
- The operator and or his employees do not accept liability for any loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, injury, accident, illness, theft or negligence caused to, or expenses incurred by any person, however caused by or arising out of provision of services or failure to provide services. It is recommended that adequate travel insurance be taken out to cover these possibilities.
- You will be required to carry your usual camping gear. As the temperature can change from hot during the day to below zero at night, it is advisable to carry some warm clothing as well as light clothing. Enough food to last 30 Days and 40 litres of water per person.
- Each vehicle must carry a snatch strap and at least one "D" or Bow shackle. Have recovery points both front and rear fixed to the chassis. A ground sheet is essential for river crossings as is a C.B. or UHF radio for communications between vehicles. You will need to carry basic spares including radiator hoses, fan belts, fuel filters, spare engine oil, brake fluid, and spark plugs if petrol powered.
- Passengers are to bring sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries and clothes in small soft bags as space is very limited.
Fuel requirements as follows:
- Diesel motors 180 litres
- 4 and V6 petrol motors 250 litres
- Straight 6 and V8 motors 465 litres
- A cheque will be required by 30 April for the pre-purchase of fuel being dropped off on the Canning Stock Route. This has to be pre-ordered and paid for 3 months in advance with no refunds given. The amount will be given to you after price has been obtained from supplier.
DEPOSIT:
A$100.00 per person must be paid on booking.
BALANCE:
The balance of the fare being paid in full no later than 30 April. It is the sole responsibility of the passengers to forward monies by due date. If monies are not received by the due date the operator reserves the right to accept anyone on a waiting list to fill said seat.
The right is reserved to charge a fee in the event of a cancellation, although each set of circumstances will be looked at individually. If cancellation is received within 3 months, no refund will be made unless your position can be filled, in which case a 30% of the total cost will apply. Within 30 days, no refund. If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to departure, a fee of A$20.00 per booking will apply.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour should there be insufficient participants 3 months prior to departure, for which there will be a full refund.

If cancellation is received within 15 days, no refund will be made. Within 42 days, no refund will be made unless your position can be filled, in which case a 30% of the total cost will apply. If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to departure, a fee of A$20.00 per booking will apply.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the tour should there be insufficient participants 30 days prior to departure, for which there will be a full refund.
